Our mentors
Theodosios Palaskas completed his studies at the University of Oxford (Brasenose College), where he continued his university career at St Peters College, Institute of Statistics and International Development Center. He is the Dean of the School of Economics and Management and since 1992 Professor of Economic Analysis and Development at the Department of Economic and Regional Development at Panteion University, where he also served as Vice Rector. He has been the Research Director at the Foundation for Economic and Industrial Research (IOBE) since 2002 – and the Scientific Director of the Studies and Research Center of the Athens Chamber of Commerce and Industry (EVEA). The last years he is a member of the advisory Board of the Corinth Capital Fund. He has also been a consultant to the World Bank, the EU, UNCTAD, USAID, etc. These activities have enabled him to travel, live, work in many developed and developing countries, collaborate and manage different cultures. These experiences led to the organization and coordination of the PsychoManagement team with which he dedicates his time to mentoring pupils, students, families, teachers, entrepreneurs and so on. His presentations include speeches at the Concert Hall, the War Museum, Universities, business groups, schools and organizations on psychomanagement and “why we decide / choose, as we decide / choose”.
Associate Professor & Associate President in the Department of Economic and Regional Development at Panteion University and a Researcher at the Center for Economic Policy Studies. Chrysostomos is a graduate of the Department of Economics of the University of Athens, holds a Master’s Degree (M.Sc.) and a PhD from the University of Reading (UK). He has worked as a researcher at the University of Athens where he prepared a postdoctoral dissertation. He also worked as a researcher and research consultant at the Foundation for Economic and Industrial Research (IOBE). He has dealt extensively with issues of applied microeconomic and regional economic development. He has authored and published more than ten books and monographs, and a large number of articles in scientific journals, the majority of which are in English. He has presented his work at international conferences both in Greece and abroad.
George Lountzis holds a degree in engineering (MEng.) from NTUA as well as an MSc. in “Applied Economics and Management”. In 2019 he completed the training cycle in the field of Life Coaching from the e-learning of the University of Athens. He completed his doctoral studies at Panteio in 2023. His scientific research aims at a new approach to business management, human resources, but also to man himself through the prism of Emotional Intelligence. He has worked as a business consultant since 2008, while since 2018 he belongs to the group of teachers of the MSc courses of TOPA “Management and Management of Businesses and Organizations” and “Special Issues of Applied Administration & Management of Businesses and Organizations”.
Patty Tamourea is a doctoral candidate at Panteion University. Her topic of interest is the investigation of how the decision making is affected by individual’s experiences. She has worked as IT Analyst and holds a Bachelor degree in Mathematincs (UoA) as well as a MSc in Information Systems.
Our external advisors
Cleopatra is an experienced psychiatrist who combines professional and academic training. She has completed her studies at the Medical School of the University of Thrace and continued her postgraduate program “Promotion of Mental Health – Prevention of Mental Disorders”. He has Theoretical and Clinical Training in Family Behavior Therapy and Psycho-Educational Interventions from the Hellenic Behavioral Society. To date, she is constantly involved in seminars, scientific conferences and workshops aimed at continuing education and training in her field.
